Egarding my withdrawal of amount

Dear sir/madam,

Myself P.Sreenivas is a SB A/c holder from Union Bank of India, PESIT extn branch Bangalore. I am holding a/c no of 517602010100860.

on 27/2, i have made transactions from State Bank of Mysore ATM, Gayathrinagar, Bangalore-21.

The transaction details are as follows:

1. I have made a withdrawal of Rs. 10000 and i got successfully the transaction done and withdrawn amount of 10000/-

2. I have tried to make another withdrawal of Rs.3000/- but machine told that " Sorry Unable to Process" and TXN number is 8711 and Response code is 072.

3. I have tried to take 3000/- from another machine, and transaction was successfully done and i got 3000

but when i tried to check my balance it was showing that for that day i have withdrawn Rs.16000/- which is not so as per the above transactions.

Later i tried to call toll free number of SBM they suggested me to call toll free number of Union bank of India 1800222244, which was not responding, this i am trying since 3 days. to day in my branch also they told to contact the above said same number.

i am trying the same number but there is no response, i request you to please look into this matter and make arrangements to debit my 3000/- back into my account..

please do the needful as early as possible..
