FD Interest warrants not recieved

My sister had deposited Rs. 2 lacs, for 36months, Interest payable monthly.

vide chq. no.134543, dy. 26/09.

Have recieved FDR/ bond. Have submitted 15G form also.

But have not recieved the interest warrants to date, the interest for the financial year 2010.

Request the authorities to do the needful at the earliest and keep up the esteem.
