I have just been cheated by the just dial staff of rupees 55, 000. they had commited 10-15 leads per day across 100 categories listed for our business.
they took 2 months to start the service, and we are getting one lead per day. before that we had a service for 12000 per year in which we used to get 4-5 leads per day.
repeated complaints have not yielded any result. i wish i had the time to sue them. but to all people reading this do not ever pay them any money upfront and never get convinced by their sweet sales talk.
now even the sales staff says that the company is a fraud and they cant do anything about it.
