Cheque dishonou due to closer your account with citibank

I have invest for monthly income scheme.but last cheque disonour for the reason that your bank account with citibank closed. as such cheque return to me and deducted Rs.40.00 for service charge.

cheque no 680392 dt.30.04.2010 drawn on citi bank, kolkata, payable at any branch, authorised singatue on the cheque Kanika Maiti. reason for return ' ACCOUNT CLOSED '
