Kantilal Chagganlal Securities Or Kaycee Securities - Its a big company but very badly managed as far as the back office staff is concerned, since every transaction done (profit or loss booked to the customer) gives brokerage commission to the depository, back office staff is asked to do as much transactions possible in an account
I had started a trading account in their Malleswaram office, Bangalore with 1lac cash balance & had transferred some shares to get more exposure, in 3 months my cash balance vanished & stocks got sold to square off my shortfall in account due to the excessive loss I incurred. Finally when I escalated the matter, the back office staff left the company itself. I complained to their Compliance deptt @ Corporate office & I got a shock when in reply they told me that they have an acknowledgement letter signed by me accepting all fraud transactions done by me.
