Dear Sir,

I am one of the Savings account holder of the Karnataka Bank Ltd., Visakhapatnam-Jagadamba Junction Branch. One of the staff name Shivaji could not work properly in the Bank due to his health problem but bank customers suffering somuch from his lazyness and very slow work in the counter. Please remove him from the counter and arrange active staff sir. It is my request.
