Failure transaction in atm

I am having my SB account in canara bank at bommasandra branch, Bangalore. my account number is 1420101015210 . i tried to withdraw Rs.4000/-. with other ATM, Money was not come out. but account got debitted the Rs.4000/-. i gave complaint to the particular branch many times. but there is no action. kindly get into the issue and do the needful as early as posible. my atm card number is 4214 5814 2011 0200.
