Non Refund of Power Grid FPO

Respected Sir,

I applied for Power Grid FPO. I am neither issued any shares not any refund has yet been given to me by Kary Computers Pvt. Ltd. My applicatlion No. is 241886926. I have asked the karvy authorites on phone to refund my money but every time they ask me to confirm my address and nothing is done by them. I have several times sent my address confirmation to them.

Sir, here I want to state u that I am a handicapped person and I can't go anywhere this problem I have mention the them on phone. But Every time they do nothing axcept assurance. Now I m in doubt that they will not refund my money. Please help me in this matter. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
