I have not received the IDFC infrastructure bonds bearing application no: 46359107 and amount Rs.20, 000 since Feb. The reason for this is because Karvy has copied my address incorrectly from my form and they dispatched it to a non-existant address. How can they be so reckless with customer's money is beyond any comment!!
