Im a customer of SBI Amravti Camp Brach, just five years before I availed ducation loan
and doing regular payment of EMIS but just few days before when my father went to the brach to make enquiry about balance in A/C the person SantoshKumar told him that my installment periode is over and i have to pay remaing 47000 within 4 months as Im in mubai he give his mobile no to my father and ask me to call him when i call him i told him why he had not told the same thing before my father not visited the brach? Atleast they can send us one letter so i told him to send a letter after that i will pay the remaing amount.
If my fathe not visited the branch how should i came to that i have to pay remiang amount within 4 months.
Also Santosh Kumars behaviour on phone was rude. He told me he going to send me a notice which i think should be send when one person is not doing regular payment.
