Earlier I had sent a complaint against Sri Raj Paul, 39, Thankraj Street, 1st Cross street, Peringalathur, Chennai, for non payment amount taken from me for arranging a loan in the year 2006. His mobile number is 9444362648. After the lapse of 4 years he is not able to arrange the funds to me. Even he is not returning the amount paid by me as per the agreement entered during February. He is escaping by giving flimsy reasons and also he is not opening his mobile phone. I request you sirs to settle my case. I had contacted this person after seeing the advertisement in the Hindu daily.
