In sept I opened a trading account with m/s Trumonee Financial limited (promoted by m/s Khandwala secu. ltd., a listed companny on BSE with regn. no. INB230600030 and NSE regn. no. INB 010600030)
As guided by Bhavnagar branch manager Mr. Vivek Dalal (mob. no. 9825812320), I transeferred all my stock to their demat account from my Apex stock broker's demat account no 12021600 0006530, for the purpose of portfolio management.
On 17/09/09 they sold out all transferred stock at the market rate. The total value was 165544/-
Thereafter, they kept on buying and selling stocks on their own.
In the month of nov.09, I smelt something foul and asked them to stop all activities and requested them to give me a cheque of the amount due to me.
As per the manager of Bhavnagar branch Mr. Vivek Dalal i owed rs. 165000/- and he promised to give the cheque within 5 days.
Instead they credited 50000/- after two months and after another two months rs.20000/- was paid...! I had a hard time to recover those 70000/-
the balance of rs. 65000/- are still pending
Till today, I was trying to solve the issue between ourselves, but they just kept on passing time by giving false promises all the time.
In between, I also contacted Mr. Pranav Khandwala (one of the directors of Khandwala securities ltd) on his mobile no.09920312926 who also gave promises, but all in vain.
All the people from top to bottom have made this company to cheat public like this...! because there are another 10 to 15 people who owe and didnot paid back...!!!
If proper steps are not taken against such cheaters more and more persons will be looted by them.
Now I humbly request you to help me get my money back on top priority
