Non Payment of Bills since 2006

Dear Sirs,

We have had business relations with Messrs. Kings Lance/Mr. Bruce Wiggins since year 2000. Since 2005 he started creating problems in payments.

Since then he has not yet paid our bills of US$ 96, 000.00 which is still pending and all the time he is giving excuses.

Earlier he offered me his business but later he backed out on his offer.

The worst thing he did is blocking our e.mail address so that we can not make any demands on payments.

I am sure that this forum will help us to get our payments.
