Dear Sir, Madam,

I have taken a car loan from Axis bank. My loan details are as follows.

Name- Kiran K Wale

Loan account No. AU0040100104147

I have closed the car loan account after paying the final dues of Rs. 1990520/- on 21.04

I am continuous ally doing follow up for fore closing certificate through mail. But till date i have not received the same & no body is properly responding. Whenever I called them, no body is lifting the phones.

Is this the customer service? i got frustrated with the way your re presentative responding.

Once again i am requesting you to look into the matter seriously, since my housing loan disbursement is on hold due to the clearance certificate from axis bank
