Respected Sir,

I want to complian aganist "Konark Spendour Co-op Hsg. Scty Limited" (Pune). My husband (Ronojoy Bhaumik) owner of E13, Kornark Splendor. Every month this society charge 3000/- maintenance charge other than electricity and house municipalty tax. This society is too small to charge such a big amount. They don't have facilities like huge lush garden or fully equiped automated gym etc. This scty just have one small pool. To maintain that scty charge montly 3000/-. My problem is since last 1 year we are not staying in that flat since we relocated to bangalore for job purpose. And no tenant is staying in our flat still this society is charging 3300/- as "Non occupancy charges"

My complain is as per state govt law, we shall pay non occupancy charges only if some tenant is living in my flat. But they are not ready to listen anything and make changes. My request and complain is please put a BAN on Konark Splendor scty Committee. Also if you could arrange a enquiry on scty Committee you shall understand how many illegal job they are doing and making money in name of maintenance charges. Our hard earned money is going to their personal bank accounts.

If needed we will file a grievance against these unjust practices of society committee to CONSUMER COURT and ask them to raid your all personal accounts and Society accounts by a CA and Income tax officer along with Pune police commissioner (Smt. Meeran Chadha Borwankar).

I will not pay 3300/- as "Non occupancy charges" to them since Non occupancy charges are levied by the society on the member who sub-lets his/her flat by giving it on leave-and-license basis for a period of 11 months to an outsider defined under Bye-Laws. And w/o this charging"Non occupancy charges" to owner is clearly against the High Court judgment passed in August.

Since my flat was vacant and empty and still get charged is unethical and illegal. Request you to review my case seriously and stop the scty doin such harrassement to scty owners. Please help me.
