Eturning confidential information, reason for rejection, mis-information

Hi

I have applied for Kotak credit card & submitted all my documents on 29th jan.

There were verification calls & all necessary details were taken from me.

Till now there was no confirmation on the status, while today when I called up, I got to know that “card is declined”. The excecutive Mr. Morphin could not help me with any other details & have refused to send back all my confidential documents.

Can you revert with reason for declining the card & giving no information to me?

Also arrange to send back all my documents & forms given to Kotak bank person, since I have started getting multiple calls from Kotak & others & there can be possible misuse of my information.

New appln ref no: 1004602000058

Pls revert by today, so that I can also escalate to Vodafone management, if required.
