False Assurance - Cheating Done

I was sold a policy "Kotak Guranteed Pension Builder" with assurances that max. NAV during my plan will be considered for calculating Fund value at the maturity. But no such clause is given in the policy bond paper. Policy No. 02047244 client ID no 53902584.

Thus I want to cancel it.
