Complain Regarding POOR Quality Service

This is regarding the poor quality service of your Ambala Cantt branch (Haryana).

I request for opening Trinity account on 30th of October and I submitted my entire document and completed the formalities..

My account got activated on around 4th of November and I got my first email regarding conformation of email and mobile number.

Demat account was my main purpose for opening bank account. When my saving bank account was opened, I have been told that, my Trinity account will be opened within a week.

In the meanwhile I was called by bank authorities regarding Kotak Smart Advantage plan and has requested me go for small investment.

When my Trinity account was not opened on time, I visited bank and met with manager. I was again assured and re-submitted my complete documents for Trinity account.

This happened number of times and every week I have been told that, my account will be open within 2 days. I was assured number of times and its have been more than a month, my Demat (Trinity) account is still in pending state.

I got a call from head office Chandigarh regarding conformation of policy and when I told then about the issues that I facing, I was again assured that my Trinity account will be opened shortly.

I even reminder authorities regarding the issue but nothing had happened. I called bank authorities and I never got a call back from them regarding this issue.

I am really feeling unhappy with the miss-management, poor quality and misleading service of your Kotak Mahindra Bank and I want to surrender my account.
