Debit PIN Request not addressed

I have requested Kotak Mahindra Bank for regeneration of Debit PIN on 31st Dec through an application, as I have lost my earlier PIN. This is my new salary account in this bank. The new PIN was supposed to reach me in seven days through post. But even after 12 days of raising request, I have not got my issue resolved. In the meanwhile, I even visited bank twice and got the response that as soon as they will get some response, they will intimate me
