Very Poor service

The service of Kotak bank is terrible. It is one of the most unfriendly banks i have come across. In todays busy schedule, for almost any actvity with the bank, you need to visit their branch. This is very difficult for a consumer. Also, many of these actvities are of no value addition but of routine nature. Simple things like changing address. First, when the account was opened, they insisted of the home address being the communication address. Now every time, we need to cheque book etc, we have to go to the branch to collect it ourselves as the courier usually does not catch working professionals like us. Similarly address change and similar routine actvities are so cumbersom and time consuming with Kotak. I have no problems with ICICI Bank where all these services can be accessed on the phone.

I would advise against Kotak Bank
