All those people at Kotak Mahindra Bank, who would like the brand to be better known.

I am preferred Salary Account holder with Kotak Mahindra Bank. My customer i.d is 32359371. I happen to do the mistake of considering that Kotak Mahindra Bank is better than HDFC, but in reality as it turned out to be its not.

I happen to apply for a Personal loan 3 weeks back and after a lot of documents that i had to submit for the loan. To my good luck, Kotak informs me that i am not eligible for a loan because you have grown faster in your career that what you should have grown. In other words they don't like the fact that i draw a high salary at such an age and i have the financial power to pay the EMI's.

It sounded like "Dude we really don't have a reason to reject your application, but this is the best that we actually found- to tell you a no"

Seriously ridiculous Banking process. They treat Mumbai or Maharshatra as a country. I have not stayed in Mumbai for long enough. Its my country and i am free to work and earn my livelihood anywhere i feel.By declining me the Loan, you have challenged the fundamentals powers of the Indian Constitution.

Credit Managers in Kotak Mahindra Bank are bigger than Indian Constitution.

If anybody is really concerned and bothered about such a pathetic level of service at your Bank's end. Please call me back, and we can discuss this amicably and find a solution which is getting my Loan approved coz i deserve it.
