The Home Finance Team and Customer Service are majorly missing on the Service and commitment towards the work they do.
- Provided wrong ECH code causing problem in fund transfer and charge the customer for delayed payments without any information.
- Bank misplaced / lost receipt provided by the builder and the orginal is still pending with the bank
- Delay to No communication for queries, numerous follow-up needed
- Lack of ownership of work, passing the buck is well played by the team
