I hold a Savings account as well as Investment account with KMBL (Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited).
The service they provide is horrible.
When I Logged-in to the NetBanking site, it did not work. It says "You are logged in on a different computer" - And I'm not.
To find a resolution, I called up the Kotak Customer Care.
The Executive asked all the questions of authentication and he says he cannot help.
Often, they ask the customers to Visit the Branch personally.
For Mobile number updation, Email Updation, Credential Reset, etc.
In that case, I could not understand what the Customer Care is for.
I hold accounts with other Banks as well, who have facility of updating these details over phone and online (Ofcourse they verify the authenication before that) - which helps the Customer a lot.
