Hi, I Shiraz Abbas Rizvi having Kotak Mahindra credit card no.4166 4435 0002 5626.I have been cheated while offering the credit card by the Kotak Executive by false promising me that credit card has feature to convert Monthly bill amount into 3 EMI without any interest as well as without processing fee. After receiving the card i have made transaction of 50, 000 Rs and immediately i call to the bank to convert the transaction into EMI now they are asking for processing fees and interest to convert the transaction into 3 EMI . I have launch my complain with the bank customer care twice (incident number 1_1911381626 and 1_1925153371). but i didn't get any call from the bank to resolve the issue. Kindly help me out from this problem.
