Sales / Marketing Calls

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is in reference to the sales calls from Kotak Mahindra which keeps coming twice everyday. I have politely declined and infact asked the CSR to mark my number as "Do not Call" but in vain.

I have also requested to transfer the call to a Manager to explain that I dont need their product, where-in I was put on hold and then dropped off.
