I am fully harrased and fed up.
Please guide me what action should i take.
As i received a cal from Kotak customer care abt new policy, they have sent executive at my place. I have given money and he said u will receive policy.
I havnt received policy till date ..
However i have beed misguided abt the policy, when i enquired abt the plan which i have applied that was totally different then i made a call to customer care and given the request abt the cancellation of policy.
till date i am daliy visiting to bank, Neither i have received policy nor my money back.
they told me they have sent the policy for cancelation i have to submit the policy, however ihavent received the policy at all.
what should i do
