I had deposited the premium of this year on 24-06 with following details
Premium: Rs. 10650/-
Cheque number : 706794
Bank Name: ICICI Bank limited
Cheque clearing date: 26/06

It is surprising that so far I have not received the premium deposit receipt for the above amount from Kotak, though the cheque had been cleared on 26-06.
I have written to Kotak on 20-10 and subsequently on 24 & 25th Novemebr, but to my surprise I am still waiting for the paper copy of the premium depost receipt on the Kotak letter head.
