Hi It’s been more than 2 years I am trying to close my Kotak securities account. I have submitted my closure documents 5 times but yet my account is still open. Every time I call up customer service they say that they have not received my documents. After insisting them that I have submitted these documents in one of their branch in delhi they say that all the documents are sent to their head office and the documents which I had submitted to their mall road branch, they have not received it. I am tired of following up this again and again. I am fed up of this and do not know what to do.
