Hi Team,
I have lodged a complaint on Kotak Securities regarding the breach of commitments made by their team and immediately I got a call/reply from their team saying they would resolve the issue at the earliest. It's been almost a month and till now there is no response.
Now, I understand that the services team does this to make followers of consumer court feel that the team is active/keen to solve the issue. They are doing this just to create false impact and mislead the followers of the thread - complaints/kotak-securities-andhra-pradesh-c733630.html.
Anyone, please let me know how should these ethic-less folks be dealt.
