We have been charged EXTRA brokerage amounting to Rate of 10 percent, wheras the PLAN proposed clearly indicated brokerage Rate of 0.25 percent.
Inspite of pointing out to Kotasec - service dept/ various complaint cell, Kotasec does not want to even read the Plan of their own website (forwarded to them as attachment) and they keep denying Reversal of Extra Fraudelant charges.
