Delay in delivery of LPG gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 06-01 but yet today on 12-01 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Bhupindra Gas Agency Additional Mandi, Sirsa, Haryana. Even after daily reminders.

And the salesman of Bhupindra provided the cylinder in black rs.700.
