We understand that you tried to make an online transfer of your fund into your local account but your operations was automatically stop as you are required to provide C.O.T code which is called Minimum cost of transfer differential & digital signature code of transfer.

We hereby bring to your notice that we received a telex notification from the NEFT systems a few hours ago that you must make an upfront payment of (375, 000.00 INR) of the total sum in question (25, 151, 240.04 INR) as charges for processing & procurement of the required code, as this will enable the Indian Ministry of finance to issue an approval for issuance of COT code & disbursement of your fund to any of your designated account via NEFT secured online facilities.

Furthermore, you are therefore obliged to remits (375, 000.00 INR) of the total sum in question (25, 151, 240.04 INR) as administrative & service charges for the application & procurement of COT Code. There's also an insurance cover policy that restricts misappropriation or embezzlement of your award funds. This insurance bond is taken out by the awarding company so that the funds may be covered by what's called a banker's blanket bond, which is a multi-purpose insurance policy a bank purchases to protect itself from embezzlement and other causes of funds misappropriation; the banker's blanket bond ensures that customers' funds are protected under those circumstances.

Upon payment of the aforementioned fee & proper endorsement by the Indian ministry of finance, we shall however expedite action to effect clearance for issuance of C.O.T code immediately and appropriately Our secretary will provide you with full details of our legal receiving officer's A/c details and instructions on how to made the payment so as to hasten up the process of releasing the required code to you.

Transfer from your RBI NEFT account via our server to your Bank account in India. Will take a maximum 2 hours to reflect after a successful transfer. All you need is the COT code to successfully complete the transaction via NEFT server.

Note; below is the RBI corresponding account details to effect the payment, so that your transfer can be completed. Please make sure you send us the scan copy of the deposit slip for confirmation and accountability.
