Refund issue on KSRTC Failed Transaction

Hi Team,

Can you please check below mentioned failed transaction amount got debited from my account but ticket not confirmed/failed. i am continuously calling and dropping mails to as mentioned in site but they have not refunded to my account yet.could you please help me on this?
