I had invest 5000 from Kuber Mutual benifit limited Branch Garh road Meerut & lodged a complaint to Company Law Board in 1999. CLB had issued orders to the company for settlement of the dues within certain specified period but the company has not honoured the orders at all. Now we have heard that the company is under liquidation and will settle the claims shortly. The issue now is that the investors have lost hope in the system and are trying their best to get the hard earned money back from the company. It is the time to get united and form a group so that we can fight out jointly and get our money back with interest.
