Dear Authorities, I have received a message from 919953412063, and the message goes on like this "Your mobile number won$500, 000GBP in Cocacola Award 2011 held in UK. For claims, Contact RBI with your name, Cell No. Addrs. Via Email only: [email protected]"

having confirmed the veracity of the transaction in question have to be granted requisite permissions and approvals under applicable laws of India.
