No Return for investment Made

I had invested almost 4.5 Lakhs and made a friend to invest 14 Lakhs in this company.

What is the status of all the money collected by this company? The court had freezed all the funds immediately after the fraud was detected. Any progress on the court proceedings? Anybody is going to get back the invested amount?
