Lakshya Level Marketing, which collected huge amount of money from general public by promising starry returns have not been paying the investors. LLM claims that the orissa police are taking too long time to investigate and hence the delay. Now they say they have opened another company "Racyindia.com" to again collect money from the general public and pay off the Lakshya Investors, how nice.!!! Guys watch out... another ploy to amasse public wealth and be not accountable to the public...
Adding fuel to the burning fire, RBI had sent guidelines to the banks to check the KYC norms of the LLM . While guidelines were only to check KYC, mindless bankers chose to close LLM's accounts and refuse to open fresh accounts. Hence company is not able to pay the investors, claims the company.
The company has not disclosed the information of their investments to the investors, which is every investor's birth right to know. Dharmendra Kothari, the promoter and the managing director seems to have resgined from the company. The company has done changes in their board, which they are not disclosing.! This only shows their malafide intentions.
Can any one do to either prevent such MLM companies from being licensed/registered? Even if they are registered, can Govt. machinary be responsible and accountable for the outcome?
