Request to get status of my loan

I am B. Venkat Reddy A/C No : 4000CD00107650, I have taken LCD TV on Loan from you. but I unable to find my status of loan.

I complaint last time & got User ID, Password. but it's displaying it was wrong login. Please give me details that how to find my loan status
