This brings your kind information that I am wife of the Late Ishwari Dutt Panth having LIC 222655678, as you awre that he has been expired & now I am unable to receive the payment againts avobe mention ploicy, I have submitted all the document which LIC department required, therefore I am requesting you to pls take action to realese the payment against policy.
