Not received PIN NUMBER with the kit. So many times spoke to the concerned at customer care for PIN NUMBER but nobody took a call. Finally again filled a form at Sec- 50 Noida Branch for new PIN NUMBER on 10th August but have not received the same till date. My account with the bank is for last three months being a salary account. This kind of attitude will leed to an unfavourable results in loosing corporate customers.
I hope you will take up the issue very seriously and see it is being resolved within next 2 to 3 days.
