Not got the maturity amount

Sir,

I am your money back policy holder and my name is vimlesh choudhary and my policy no. is 101436672.

I did not received my money back, which is mention in your policy. acc. to your policy I received cheuqe after every intervel . acc. to the policy we got 2 cheque, but sir I got only one cheuqe in the month of march amount 10000 /- . when I query to your office they didnot give satisfacory answer, they told me that your pre. cheque is send by regesitered post before 5 years. But i cannot received any cheque and payment from your side. So, sir please send me that cheque with interset as soon as possible early.
