Eceipt not received after payment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have made a online LIC payment for my policy 719117024 for the amount of Rs1431 on Oct 17. The amount has been debited from my HDFC account but till this time i didnt not get any confirmation for the payment. I was not able to register complaint in LIC site because of continous errors.

(very poor service). yesterday i wrote a mail to HDFC banking stating the same issue. waiting for their reply. please guide me on what has to be done from my side, kindly help me to get this issue solved.
