Non receipt of policies

More than 6 months have been passed I have not received my 2 policies out of three. My three cheques for Rs. 8397/-, 1021/- & 1021/- have been already been debited from my account on 03-08, All medical checkup formalities have been complited/done by authorised LIC doctors. Unit sales Manager (code 0181688c) mr. Santosh Noronha, and Mr. John. V. Santhmayor, (code 6682) development Officer, LIC Ghatkoper west branch, Mumbai are not co-operating in the matte
