Subject:&& Regarding illegal withdrawn of my LIC money back premium

from my account (policy no 172267383, name Sarjit Singh)

Dear Sir,

The Humble request to you is that, my name is Sarjit Singh

bearing the Money Back Policy No:-- 172267383.

The money back policy Cheque (Cheque No:--113064) Issued on the my name which was carrying a value of INR 5000/- has been cashed by some one else on 28/5.

Regarding the same I have already complained in the concerned department of Narnaul Branch, But still did not get any response.

So Would Request to you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
