Not receieving of cheque

Dear sir

i was surrender my policy no534428307, 534026069 and 532445203 all documentation had been complete on last month 06/06 on the branch .as per branch official including branch manager all formality will be complete within one week and cheque will be done. but i have not received the cheque till the date. The behavior of agent and other official is not co-oprative.

Therefore i request to you please do necessary action and arrange the payment. I am highly oblige for this kind considration.
