LIC HEALTH PLUS
POOR RESPONSE

I have taken one LIC HEALTH PLUS on 28.05.2009 and my Policy No. is 443631715 and yearly premium of Rs.7500/-. But it is regret to inform you that till date i have not received the "Welcome Kit" alongwith my Policy from TPA. Even if when I asked about some information the Agent and his Development Officer Mr. MK Dey does not know anything. They are playing with me since 9 months but fail to give me some information as well as my KIT. You are requested to kindly look into this matter seriously otherwise I will go for cancell of this policy. Looking forward to the valuable response at your end.
