I want to bring to your kind notice the following facts:-
1. That I am an employee with LIC of India branch unit 12-B Jasola Vihar New Delhi- 110025. and I am working on the post of HGA my salary roll no is- 119001.
2. That my property 13/518 Vasundhara Ghaziabad (UP) is already mortgaged for Rs. 150, 000 with lic of India and now with HFL due to merger of Deptt. HPF with HFL.
3. That I approached LIC- HFL, 25 Kasturba Gandhi marg for my cadre loan of Rs.15, 00, 000 for further contruction of the said property
4. But the Area Manager Mr. Alok refused flatly to sanction me loan as my name appearing in defaulter list for Non-panent of Rs.4202/= of personal loan in CIBILE.
5.That I had availed a loan of Rs.151, 000/- from ICICI Bank which was duly paid. But one last instalment could not be debited from my account due to my transfer on prmotion
6. that one car on account could not be closed because ICICI Bank was demanding Rs.1500/= for renewal of the account. But I did not wanted to contine the same.
7. However, I have got NOC's of the same.
8.That I request the higher authorites to interefer in my matter and enable me to get the loan of Rs.15, 00, 000.
This is really shocking for me that being an employe of lic of India I am not able to get further housing loan on the property which is already mortgaged with HFL. And at the same time all my retirement benifits are vested with LIC of India.
9.I am in distress as I had already started construction absolutely unaware of the fact that I would be treated in such a harsh manner.
