i have taken a housing loan two years ago i.e. from salem branch of LIC-HFL, and i am paying around 17000 as EMI every month. but i am kept totally in dark regarding EMI and interest calculations. the branch never bothered to inform me about the status of repayments or loan statments. every time different staff will tell different amount as EMIs.branch manager or agent who fecilitated loan, are so inconsistant in informing or the way for collection of EMI amount. i am at a distant state finding very difficult to make my EMI payment regularly, with clear information.
i want 1. loan statement, 2.EMI calculations, 3. Interest calculations, 4.mode of collection of payment should be simple and easier.
