Harashing by not activating ECS

I have taken a home loan from LIC Housing Finance (SECOND FLOOR, PLAZA MALL, M.G ROAD, GURGAON) for which I want to activate my ECS from CITIBANK and after trying so many times they are harashing me & I have to go around 50km every month to pay the cheque and its very pathetic in working days. No one listening & everytime just ignoring by saying go to bank, fill this form etc etc and after filling from bank I have send them through courier 2 months back till now but no response.
