Wrong product sold and company not admiting their mistake

We took a loan of Rs 11 Lacs from LIC housing finance company. In the initial stage of the loan itself to understand things properly we took help of the LIC officials leaving besides their agents. We had opted for a product where the RoI was fixed for three years at 8.75% and then was floating. We agreed for the same and the file done for the same. We had paid a sum of Rs 1000 for availing this product in that particular file number. The processing of the file took some time and a new file number was given to us. n However due ignorance and negligence they didn't transfer the relevant fund from old file number to the new one thus chaning the product to floating rate at 10.5%.

I fail to understand how such a reputed organisation can afford to such things causing customer dissatisfaction. I even approached to local LIC housing office where they do not entertain anything on this front. They even do not listen to what we are looking forward to convey to them. I am looking to know my rights and how I can get things what I opted for. I had got documented everything however they do not anything on this front and expect every time good behaviour from our end.
